Payment, Shipping & Returns

PAYMENT & CONFIDENTIALITY 

Inside Dubai (ID) currently processes all online transactions via Paypal and Paytabs. ID does not have access to or record your credit or debit card details via these payment methods.  All prices on this website are in  United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and your card will be charged in AED. For international shipping, courier and tax costs will vary and are currently being done on a case by case basis. 

 

SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the U.A.E!  We also offer international shipping via Emirates Post, however if do not live in the U.A.E please get in touch with us so we can take care of your order personally. Items that are currently in-stock will be shipped via courier within 2 working days of receiving your order.  Items which are temporarily out of stock may still be purchased and will we inform you of estimated delivery dates. You will receive a tracking number via email for your order once it has been sent. If you do not receive your order within 1 week (UAE) or 2 weeks (international), please contact us with your order details. ID does not accept responsibility for unexpected delays on behalf of our carrier and can not accept order cancellations relating to such delays. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ID is happy to accept exchanges as long as the items are in perfect, unused condition and the original packaging has not been unwrapped or compromised.  Accepting this exchange is under the complete discretion of ID.  ID must be notified of a return within 5 working days of receiving your order and goods must be returned within 10 working days of receiving your order. ID is not responsible for return shipping costs on such exchanges.

 

 LOST GOODS

If for some reason a package gets lost in transit, we will replace the item, offer an account credit or offer a refund if that item is no longer available.  If you suspect an item you have ordered from us has been lost during delivery, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order, ID will not accept responsibility for lost items after this time period. 

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If for some reason an item arrives damaged, we will replace the item, offer an account credit or refund if that item is no longer available. Please  contact us with detailed images of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order.  ID will not accept responsibility for damaged items after this time period. It would be much appreciated if you would check the condition of your items before signing for delivery.
